As a Medical Esthetician, it is essential for Kendall to see very small things, from extracting pores to treating vascular lesions. Glasses and contacts were an ongoing issue preventing Kendall from best serving her patients on a day-to-day basis.

Even though, I was an emergency appointment, the length of wait time was too long in my opinion. Plus the staff failed to dilate my eye per their protocol which delayed my exam even further. I was there approximately 2 hours for my exam. Also a piece of equipment which would have given Dr. Patel the best information as he stated was not properly working. We did complain to him about the wait time. When he came back in after the eye had been dilated, he inquired when did I make the appointment. I replied yesterday. That is when he got an attitude and said I was an emergency appointment and that meant it was double booked. It takes longer to see emergency patients. I know I had an attitide about the wait and no one apologizing for it or saying they were running behind. That may have helped some. When the appointment was scheduled I was not informed I may have a wait. The office staff needs to tell the patients in advance. Just some advice to keep patients informed and calm.
