Dr. Andrew Brookner received his Bachelor of Arts from S.U.N.Y Binghamton, New York and went on to earn his Doctorate of Medicine at State University of New York at Downstate in Brooklyn. He then completed his Ophthalmology Residency at NYU Medical Center.
He specializes in Medical Retina diseases including Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, Retina Holes and Tears, as well as Retina Inflammatory diseases. Dr. Brookner lived and practiced in New York City for almost forty years, but is happy to be in Upstate, SC closer to his family!
